Ref 5167 - Ultrasonic drilling

This machine is used for drilling, core drilling and engraving Glass, Ceramics.
Ultrasonic energy from the generator is applied to the transducer where it is converted into mechanical vibration of the tool. The vibration tool, with abrasive and water removes the material from the workpiece by crushing. Any shape of hole can be drilled in hard brittle materials.
Hole size that can be drilled:
>From 0,28" to 0,72 "(using solid wire)
>From 0,72" to 1" (using steel pipe).
